New checklist to Expedite a Document or Plan Effective Wednesday 06 November 2024, there will be a change to the Request to Expedite a Document or Plan process. When a Request to Expedite a Document or Plan is now submitted with Landgate, a new checklist will need to be completed and returned along with the written request and documentation. This will ensure all necessary evidence is submitted to assess the request; therefore, reducing the need for Landgate to request additional information, providing a faster turnaround in notifying the outcome of the request. Please refer to LOD-05 Request to Expedite the Processing of Plans and Documents for information on the current process. |

Requisition Portal Enhancements Landgate’s Requisition Portal has new functionality coming soon. Improvements will include searching and sorting filters, better visibility of notice expiry dates, and improved presentation of Final Notice status. These enhancements build upon existing functionality which allow users to upload evidence electronically and pay regulated fees through the platform. Keep an eye out for further information on the Requisition Portal webpage. |
