CIB 407: Scheme by-laws – new amalgamated form and supporting guide

You can now lodge scheme by-laws for registration using the one scheme by-laws approved form found within our strata titles forms page.

This new form came into effect on 15 June 2023 when we launched our new Landgate website at landgate.wa.gov.au.

Following industry feedback, Landgate introduced this new form to replace the three previous forms covering Voluntary Consolidation, New Scheme and Application to Amend.

These three superseded forms will cease to be effective 12 months from the issue of this CIB, which will be 23 June 2024. Any concerns regarding acceptance of these superseded forms can be forwarded to newtitles@landgate.wa.gov.au.

As a result of these changes, the Land Titles Registration Policy and Procedure Guide STR-07 Scheme By-laws was updated and now incorporates a new section headed Consolidation of by-laws.
