We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support throughout 2023.
This year brought transformative changes at Landgate, from a new website to the updates in the Transfer of Land Act 1893. The release of the WA Strata Living Guide marked another milestone.
As we wrap up the year, we acknowledge there’s more to accomplish, and we’re excited about enhancing residual document uptake and advancing our electronic conveyancing journey in 2024.

December opening hours.

Landgate’s Customer Service and Land Titles staff will be available during the Christmas and New Year period, excluding public holidays. There is no change to our customer-facing operating hours (Wednesday, 27 December to Friday, 29 December 2023) - with our team able to help you as below: In person at Midland and Perth | 8.30am – 4.30pm As per normal, documents will not be accepted for lodgement outside these hours. By webchat | 8.30am – 4.30pm Visit our website and click the ‘Chat now’ button to engage a customer service team member. By phone | 8.30am – 5pm All other Landgate services will be closed for the Christmas and New Year period (Wednesday, 27 December – Friday, 29 December 2023 inclusive), reopening on Tuesday, 2 January 2024. |

Did you know that you can lodge leases, transfers of mortgage, property (seizure and sale) orders, and applications electronically? Lodging electronically enables us to process and register your documents faster.
