How to apply for a refund
If your purchase was made directly through the Landgate website, you need to complete the online Customer Refund Request form below. Your request will be considered in line with Landgate's refund conditions.
Please note that Landgate cannot provide refunds for items which have been purchased through a third party, in these instances you will be required to contact them directly regarding the refund request.
Landgate prides itself on delivering value for its customers through quality products and excellent customer service.
You can expect a refund if:
- We cannot supply a product ordered
- There is a Landgate system error
- It's significantly different from a sample shown
- It's not of an acceptable quality
Please choose carefully as Landgate does not refund because you change your mind.

Refund requests will be assessed within 5 business days of receipt of your completed Request for Refund form. Successful claims will be paid as soon as possible.
